Design Briefing
Plan for utmost passenger safety by keeping the
vision of playing a part in helping cement the
Fifth Mode of Transport.
Deliver an exemplary pod structural design by
solely relying on available technology.
Keep ease of manufacturing a central theme
aiding the pod structures capability to go into full
production.

Economic Viability
Modular design to simplify manufacturing and
assembly process.
Repeatable Module attachment provides
cheaper cost of manufacturing.
Emphasis on Scalability.
19
Front and Aft bulkheads are designed with Aluminum 7075. They are
placed between the passenger and compressor compartments.
Designed to sustain expected loads that result in the event of a crash.
Operational differential pressure is 7psi whereas designed differential
pressure is 11psi giving a factor of safety of 1.57
