Behavior and Academic Contract
I, _____________________________, would like to participate in 2016 2017 Lithonia Middle School Cheerleading squad. In order to be a continuous member of the cheerleading squad, I must meet the following expectations: Grades must stay in the range from a 70 or above in every content - Completion of all classwork and homework - Not interfere with other students right to learn Showing respect to my teachers and other adults in the building No referrals, ISS or OSS during the cheerleading season - No physical or verbal altercations in or outside of school Maintain school and district attendance expectations - Be on time to class If I can keep up with these expectations, then I will show my parents, teachers, coach and myself that I am responsible enough to stay on the cheerleading squad! If I fail to fulfill my responsibility, then I will be removed from the cheerleading squad effectively.
