    plan for OA arranging for demonstrations, and
    helping end-users with system choices.

    COMPUTER OPERATIONS PERSONNEL

    is the person in charge of the entire operations

    are the people in charge of running the
    equipment at the computer center.

    Data-entry personnel
    are the people who enter data into the main
    computer system

    System Librarians
    are the people who are responsible for
    managing data stored off-line on such media as
    tapes and disks.
