They are in-house employees, who design the system
within the firm under directions of mgt
PROGRAMMERS
Application Programmers

the direct needs of end-users.
Maintenance Programmers
are responsible for maintaining, updating & keeping
application programs running for years after they were
initially written
System Programmers
code programs for system the software which
enables the application programs to run.
TELECOMMUNICATION &
NETWORK MANAGEMENT
Telecommunication & network managers are
responsible for meeting the data communication
needs of users in the organization
