Training team
• No training is complete unless it shares the warmth
of the human touch
• Training team should comprise a group of like
minded individuals, selected for their commitment
to certain social values and principles
• Training team should be objective and non-
judgemental in outlook, a group with whom the
trainees can feel free to communicate without fear
or ridicule
• Trainers are not Lecturers – but facilitators, friends
and counselors, who can evoke and stimulate
thinking – and accept criticism from the trainees.
