SIMPLE RULES

 Each Match is for 1 Calender Month


 Rs. 1000 Billing & Payment Collection will gain you 1 Run
 One Placement of Rs. 30,000= 4 Runs (Additional)
 One Placement of above Rs. 40,000= 6Runs (Additional)
 Monthly billing of less than Rs. 10,000= Duck
 Candidate Offered & Not Joining= Wide (-1 Run)
 Candidate Joint & left in guarantee period=No Ball (-1 Run)
 Each Company Business Development = 1 Over = 2 Runs
(Max 5 Over)
 Each Company Business Development + Billing=
Overthrow= 2 Runs(Extra)
 Less than 30 Runs= Out

Terms & Conditions
 Any Player is only given a reward if her previous & next
match Border Line Score is crossed.
 Any player is allowed to remove some runs from her
high scoring match for any one of the previous or next
match score to redeem rewards. In such case the high
scoring match score will go less.
 Rewards are only given when at the time of giving
rewards the player is a part of the team.
 Rewards % are on Billing Amount & not on score card.
Growth Prospects

No Growth is going to be quick. If expect yourself to get a jump


every month then Talent Corner is not the right company for you.

Consistency is the key. Just because you have performed excellent in


one month does not mean you are a good recruiter. You have to be
consistent.

The company makes money for you only when you make money for
the company.

Every 1st & 2nd of the Month we will be conducting a performance


meeting. The meeting is meant to show you your performance of
last month & discuss how you can grow.
