QUALITY ASSURANCE
Axalta Coating Systems 3
Transporting CTSs to Quality Assurance
SAP transports moving to Quality Assurance must be completed 3 times per day Monday through
Friday:
06:00am EST
09:30am EST
03:30pm EST

Those requiring transport to quality assurance outside of the normal schedule will be migrated UPON
APPROVAL FROM THE AXALTA BUSINESS TEAM. These changes will require an email request
from one of the following individuals:
[email protected];
[email protected];
[email protected];
[email protected]

All transports MUST be in the following TMS Lotus Notes status before importing to the QA system:
In Development Approved for Transport

Each transport MUST have its on TMS entry. Multiple CTS numbers are NOT permitted in a
single TMS form. If this happens, you must revert it back to the requestor to create a separate
TMS entry for each transport.

The Axalta Basis support team will check the Lotus Notes TMS entries daily and transport those that
are listed in the following stage/status:
Stage: in Development
Status: Approved for Transport

4. View each CTS document to determine if dependent transports are required. Be sure to
check both the Source-System Dependency field and the Detailed description field. If
dependencies exist, ensure these dependencies have been migrated to the Quality
Assurance system first. If approval is NOT granted to move the dependencies, then do NOT
migrate the requested transport.
