Destination heaven,but are we really

We live in a
society which is
heartily sick of
Christianity but
which has yet to
encounter Jesus.

Every Christian
in Ministry
Every Christian is:
Created for ministry (Eph 2:10)
Called into ministry (I Peter 2:9,10)
Gifted for ministry (I Peter 4:10)
Authorized for ministry (Matt 28:18-20)
Commanded to minister (Matt 20:26-28)
Gifted for ministry (Eph 4:7,11,12)
Needed for ministry (I Cor 12:27)
Created for
Ministry...
God has made us what we are, and in
our union with Christ Jesus He has
created us for a life of good deeds
(i.e. Ministry), which He has already
prepared for us to do. Eph 2:10
Gifted for
Ministry
Each one of us has
received a special gift in
proportion to what Christ has givenHe
appointed some to be apostles, others to
be prophets, others to be evang-
elists, others to be pastors and
teachers. He did this to prepare all
Gods people for the work of
Christian service (ministry),
in order to build up the body
of Christ. Eph 4:7,12

The pastors first work...
The best help
that ministers
(pastors) can
give the
members of our
churches is not
sermonising, but
planning work for
them. Testimonies

Small group people are an
interesting group of people - they
are quite ordinary, BUT
God can do extraordinary things
through them!

Gods work is
retarded by
criminal un-
belief in His
power to use
the common
people to carry His
work forward successfully.
Review and Herald July 16 1895
Laity is a word derived form the
Greek word for people and it means
all the people of God. It is a term of
incredible honour. In Christ all the
laity become ministering persons. The
laity are the ministers. They are the
means by which Jesus continues to
minister in the world in the power of
the Spirit. Paul Stevens

And Love?
And this is a
commandment: to believe in the
name of Gods Son, Jesus Christ, and
to love one another as he commanded
us 1 John 3:23
If we cant love each other
we havent even started!
What He commands is that
we believe in His Son Jesus
Christ, and love one
another. I John 3:23
