INSTALLATION OF AMHS IN SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY

Introduction
In Todays fast growing world People like have every thing compact within their hands Semiconductors plays the major role with new technologies and innovations So we as a semiconductor manufacturer need to update in advance technological progress to survive in the market

Initially we were convention fab manufacturing 200mm wafers and decide to move to 300mm hi-tech

Project Synopsis
Initially with 200mm production capability of 4.3B, after we move 300mm increased our capacity by 16% to reach 5B because 300mm can yield more chips at low cost. This project is to install AMHS in semiconductor fab due to difficult in handling, transportation between department and storage of 300mm wafer

This project budget is $800k


With in 90days

MISSION
To install AMHS for easy handling transportation and storage in Three Months period Challenges
With out effecting current production Space Machines

Sponsor: Ensure the project team has sufficient resource to work, also ensure the project is successful. Project Leader : Oversee and Lead the project activity is carried out within target completion, budget and manage the team members. Project Manager : To manage people and process and monitor Project Engineer : In-charge for assessing work requirement contractor Purchase Engineer : Source for vendor and raise PO Drawing Engineer : Prepare drawing Software Engineer : To install software and to in cooperate to existing Mechanical Engineer : Directly involve in machine installation, initial run and testing Process Engineer : Run evaluation and confirm machine quality and performance Production Engineer : Manpower allocation, actual run of initial and mass production Quality Engineer : Confirm product initial quality of product
