It is one of the application and it is very beneficial to develop a new Ad management board website to publish the products effectively in the web. Once system is available in the net users can response to ads publisher can see the response for the ads. In this scenario publisher post their requirements to administrator. He receives and grants advertisements to publisher. This system should help the organization by providing the details online about the product and provides a facility to search the Ads based on the user requirements.

Introduction System Analysis. Design Implementation Test Cases Conclusion Future Scope BIBLIOGRAPHY

This is a leading classifieds website. This website provides a different kinds of facilities to the users like Education , Rental ,Real-Estate , Jobs another important reason for the popularity of internet users is the advent of online job opportunities and rental. Now the people are able to do search without wasting their precious time. This make Searching flexible.

Existing System
Advertising simply telling and selling the product. Without an effective advertising management process campaigns are not fruitful. Advertising management begins from the market research phase. At this point, the data produced by marketing research is used to identify what types of advertising would be adequate for the specific product. It helps in defining the outline of the media campaign and in deciding which type of advertising would be used before the launch of the product.

Proposed System

In our proposed system Ad Management System ( ADS ) is used to add, edit, and delete content on a website. Lately, pay per click (PPC) and search engine optimization (SEO) firms have been classified by some as 'agencies . But young industry has been slow to adopt the term 'agency. Once the ads are approved and processed, organize and store your electronic ad and image files with our online system. It enables publishers to categorize, tag, track, revise, and create thumbnails for easy identification and retrieval. Our system also provides the capability to category, sub category, title, contact number, advertisement type, comments on that particular advertisements.

The feasibility of the project is analyzed in this phase and business proposal is put forth with a very general plan for the project and some cost estimates. During system analysis the feasibility study of the proposed system is to be carried out. This is to ensure that the proposed system is not a burden to the company. For feasibility analysis, some understanding of the major requirements for the system is essential. Three key considerations involved in the feasibility analysis are Economical feasibility Technical feasibility Social feasibility

This study is carried out to check the economic impact that the system will have on the organization. The amount of fund that the company can pour into the research and development of the system is limited. The expenditures must be justified. Thus the developed system as well within the budget and this was achieved because most of the technologies used are freely available. Only the customized products had to be purchased.

This study is carried out to check the technical feasibility, that is, the technical requirements of the system. Any system developed must not have a high demand on the available technical resources. This will lead to high demands on the available technical resources. This will lead to high demands being placed on the client. The developed system must have a modest requirement, as only minimal or null changes are required for implementing this system.

Operational feasibility is a measure of how well a proposed system solves the problems, and takes advantage of the opportunities identified during scope definition and how it satisfies the requirements identified in the requirements analysis phase of system development.

Functional and Non-Functional Requirements: Functional Requirements: Admin manages the access levels of all users All the modules should be grouped together Admin only can add new modules to the group In user level there are to be publisher and user logins In user level there has to be publisher and user Each and every login must have different access levels as per their level The user must only have the view permissions only. In Publisher level there is publish and some modify and Allowing permissions like feed back and comments on the post

The project entitled Ad Management is successfully designed and developed as per the user requirement and specification. The Ad management application is very easy to access by the publisher.
This application is developed as user friendly application. This is thoroughly tested with the extensive set of data found to work correctly.

It is not possible to develop a system that makes all the requirements of the user. User requirements keep changing as the system is being used. As the technology emerges, it is possible to upgrade the system and can be adaptable to desired environment. Because it is based on object-oriented design, any further changes can be easily adaptable. Based on the future security issues, security can be improved using emerging technologies.
