Kotler defined Customer Satisfaction as, It is a person's feeling of pleasure or disappointment resulting from comparing a products perceived performance in relation to his or her expectation. It depends upon the performance relative to the expectations.

The main object of every organization is to earn more profit, to achieve this object the organization should increase its sales by getting more customer and the only way to get more customer is that the organization should provide expected satisfaction to the customers. It has a brand name & large range of diversified products. So, studying customer satisfaction was the best choice.

Scope of the study


The study is purely based on the survey conducted in Jalandhar city and is focused on customers.

Objectives of the Study


To know the customer satisfaction towards Speedways tyres. To know the attributes which creates customer satisfaction among users of Speedways tyres. To know the customer opinion about the showroom with the Speedways tyres. To know valuable suggestions from the customer.

Research Methodology
Research is a scientific and systematic search for pertinent information on a specific topic. The study was descriptive in nature. Universe: Customers of Speedways tyres in India & Abroad. Sample Unit: Customers of DeeCee tyre showroom in Jalandhar. Sample Size: 50 respondents

Findings of the Study


31% of customers have purchased on there own decision. Majority of customers means 45% are satisfied with the fulfillment of their need/purpose. Only 30% of customers are fully satisfied with price of the tyres. About 45% of customers are fully satisfied with the quality. About 45% of customers are satisfied with durability of tyres.

Findings of the Study


About 42% of customers are fully satisfied with the performance of the tyres. The customers are having a very good opinion about the SPEEDWAYS TYRES about 28% are strongly satisfied with its performance. 44% of customers are saying staff at showroom is friendly. 44% customers say about non-cooperation of showroom people. Majority of customers are fully satisfied with the SPEEDWAYS TYRES.

Conclusion
The customer need and purpose is satisfied by the company. The only problem is with the service given by the showroom to the customers. It is a brand running in the market and there is high demand and satisfaction level.

Recommendations to the Study


The company must reduce the price of their products. Showroom must recruit well qualified and skilled labour. Showroom employees should maintain healthy and friendly relation with customers.
