3. Procedure Eligibility for Award

To be eligible for an award the following criteria must be met: The suggestions must be outside the scope of the employees normal duties, The suggestions is not made at a meeting held for the purpose of proposing suggestions, The suggestions will result in improvements to product/service quality or delivery or cost savings or other intrinsic merit.

A suggestion will not be considered for an award if: The suggestion covers an issue that has, or being considered by Matrix Power Network, or has already been suggested by someone else, The suggestion relates to employee terms and conditions of employment, The suggestion is actually a complaint about some aspect of Matrix Power Network, There are no discernible benefits to Matrix Power Network, its employee or customers.
