Iowa State Univeristy: Cansat

This document provides a preliminary design review for Iowa State University's Cansat 2008 project. It introduces the 3-member student team and describes the basic requirements, flight requirements, landing requirements, and post-flight requirements for the Cansat. It also outlines the planned system requirements, including sensors for GPS, altitude, temperature, current, and voltage. Preliminary designs are presented for the communication system and electrical/power systems, with the Arduino microprocessor proposed as the central processing unit.
