Recommendations
HBL is the Best bank in Pakistan but with huge network mostly online server of bank is busy and not available for the online money transfer facility. The big reason of unavailability online service is that all lines are connected through PTCL land line system that is the reason mostly service is unavailable. I strongly recommended higher authorities to resolve that matter through a arrange some fast (Digital Subscriber Line) it is the best solution to connect online facility all the time specially in banking hours. The system is using in HBL is Mysis which is import from America in the year of 2008 but this system is very slow which is not supporting out banking needs as per requirements because mostly branches of HBL are not online branches they all are still batch branches (Old System). I would also recommend that we have to arrange online facility at rural areas where necessory.it will help people to get their online branch network in their regions. At some places there are no ATM Facility in Habib Bank Branches.
