This project involved identifying problems faced by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan. The project team conducted surveys of 250 SMEs to gather information on their challenges. The findings will be handed over to the government through a website. The project was self-funded and completed on time and on budget. Post-project meetings reviewed performance, and the lack of government support and language barriers during surveys were identified as risks that were mitigated by expanding the survey size. Lessons learned included starting with brainstorming, keeping the team motivated, and properly defining the project scope.
