Word search : Type the word to be searched in the Search text box and click Go. The search engine will search the word in all the access points , bibliographic description elements of records and the result will be displayed according to the match found.

Collection
To make a collection of different items check the box which is present next to Details link and click on "Collect Items" link while browsing.
By following the same procedure we can collect the different books in collection.
This will open the default option dialog where you can give sort order, display format, lines per page. Click on Apply. To hide that option dialog click on Hide Option.
By clicking show option you will get bar showing options like sort order, display format, items/page, one page & apply.
In Sort order, Natural Author, title Title Item type, author title Item type, title Subject, Item type, author title Item type, subject, author, title

Contact library
To see the library contact information, click Library. Phone number and a link to the librarian's e-mail address will be displayed. To send an e-mail to the librarian, click the link. This will open the default mail client where you can type your message and send an e-mail to the librarian.

My Info will allow a user to see his or her account information. For this you need to Log in. To Log in as a user, click My Info on the home page. Type the User ID and Password and click Log In.

We can specify different selection criteria for the search, such as range of Accession Dates, Accession Numbers and Year of Publication. we can also select one or more material types as well as choose the catalogues to be searched.
The Catalogue menu list allows us to select a catalogue or item description field using which we formulate a search. A catalogue has index entries which speed up the search. For example, the Author catalogue has names of authors (usually surname first.)
