/ASSISTANCE REQUIRED FROM HQ: Presently Dy. CSTE/Proj/MS office is working in very old temporary building which was constructed for more than 30 years. In the present monsoon it has been observed that the entire building is leaking. The repairs works were carried out with the help of the Division during the year 2005.
With all the being very old building it is not sustaining the repairs. Lot of files and drawings are kept in the rooms that are too badly leaking. In view of the above it is suggested that the entire office building may be reconstructed or got shifted to convenient location, so that day to day office work is not hampered. This will also boost up the morale of the staff working in the office. It is requested that one Gr.I OS may be posted to this unit to head the Ministerial staff
