Posted by redchilli 28 Jan 2010 | Views 4101 | Comments (0) Leave a Comment Print this Recipe Ingredients: 100 gm Suji 2 Green chilly 200 gm Curd 2 inch piece Ginger 2 inch piece Onion A pinch Soda 16 Bread slice 10 tbsp Oil 2 tsp Coriander leaves-finely chopped Method: 1.Mix the suji, curd, salt, soda, green chillies, ginger and chopped coriander to a dosa batter consistency and set aside for 2-3 hours. 2.Finely chop the onions and add to the suji paste while preparing. 3.Heat a tava and keep 1 slice of bread on the it.Spread the above mixture on the slice. 4.Simmer the gas and turn it over. Ingredients Noodles ( cooked ) - 1 cup Bread - 2 slices Egg - 1 Corn flour - 1/4 tsp Orange red colour - a pinch Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - a pinch

Salt - as needed Oil - as needed Method 1. Beat egg, add corn flour, turmeric powder, salt in a bowl. 2. Cut bread into small slices. 3. Mix bread with egg mix. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan. 5. Add bread, chilli powder, fry for a few minutes. 6. Add noodles. mix well and serve hot.

Ingredients: Bread slices - 15 Onions - 2 Green chilies - 5 Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Heeng powder - 1 tsp Jeera - tsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Groundnut 4 tbl sp Sugar - tsp Salt to taste Oil for frying Method: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Make bread crumbs, mix with salt to taste and keep aside. Cut onions, green chilies and keep aside. Take oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, jeera seeds & groundnuts. Once the nuts are light brown in color, add onion and chilies and fry them well. Add turmeric, heeng & sugar. Add the bread crumbs and mix it well for 3 - 4 mins.

Posted by Maharukh S 11 Sep 2009 | Views 4886 | Comments (0) Leave a Comment Print this Recipe INGREDIENTS: Ghee Roasted Bread cubes - 250 gm chopped onions - 1 cup chopped tomatoes -1 cup Green peas - 1 cup Double/kidney beans - 1 cup (Boiled) Chopped Mixed vegetables -2 cups (Carrot, cauli flower, potato, capsicum) butter - 3 table spoons cumin seeds - 1/2 table spoon oil -sufficient chopped coriander and curry leaves -1 cup garlic and ginger paste - 1 table spoon, salt - sufficient cashewnuts (roasted)- 1 cup turmeric powder - 1 table spoon chilli powder - 1 table spoon Lemon juice -1 cup paneer grated - 1/2 cup Biryani masala powder - 1 table spoon METHOD; 1. Heat oil in the kadai and add cumin seeds when the seeds crackls add chopped curry and coriander leaves along with the chopped onions, tomatoes, and mixed vegetablesand salt 2.Mex well till the mixture becomes goldern brown 3. Add roaste bread pieces with garlic paste 4. Mix well and add cashew nuts boiled peas/kidney beans 5. Add chilli and turmeric powder 6. Ingredients Bread crumbs - 1 cup Raw Rice - 1/4 cup Moong dal - 1/4 cup or Rava - 1/2 cup Curd (in case rava is used) - 1 cup Onion; minced - 1 medium size Green chillies; minced - 2 Ginger; minced - 1 inch piece minced Coriander leaves - a bunch Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Salt; to taste Method 1.Soak the rice and dal with plenty of water for several hours. 2.Drain, then grind to a fine paste. 3.Add water to make a thick batter. 4.Heat half tea spn oil crackle mustard seeds, and fry urad daal, curry leaves, ginger. 5.Add finely chopped onion and fry till onions turn slightly brownish. 6.Add the above to the batter along with other ingredients 7.For each dosa, cook 2 tablespoons batter on hot greased skillet or griddle, spreading batter into thin circles and turning dosa once to brown both sides. 8.Serve hot with chutney.
