Amazing CD!! Highly recommended!! This CD is just what I was looking for, a very gentle and uplifting CD, full of techniques to improve brain function, health, and ability. I recently had to hav e brain radiation, and have been searching for methods to retain and improve bra in health and function. This CD is the best I've found- really amazing. I just g ot the CD, and it wonderful on it's own, but now I am going to order the book as well, to learn more about the process and the author. Anyone who is concerned a bout their brain for any reason- head injury, radiation, cancer treatment, alzhe imer's, memory loss, should check this CD out! Brain Respiration---very beneficial For anyone recovering from a head injury and numerous other illnesses---this is incredible.
