DTZ Echinox has mediated the lease of 4,000 sq m in Amera Tower building, in Cluj-Napoca, to ING Insurance Central Europe. Starting July 2010, the refurbished former industrial building developed by Amera Grup accommodates ING Insurance Central Europes regional Shared Services Centre. The new offices in Cluj Napoca are the present workplace for employees servicing the ING Insurance business units in Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Greece and Spain, hosting the insurance back office operations, finance & accounting and IT.
