Auto Generation of Timecards Creating Timecards (Self Service Time and Timekeeper) Transfer time from OTL to BEE for Payroll run
Impact
In 11.5.9, Auto Generation of timecards was possible with Ex-Employee Overriding Approver. In R12, timecards are not generated due to the validation of Overriding Approver.

Business Scenario
In a project based organization, large number of users enter Timecards through Self Service with Overriding approver as mandatory to route the timecard for approval. Timekeepers with privileges to create or edit created timecards using OTL Timekeeper responsibility would be restricted to editing timecards
