All entries mu be made correctly. 3. Application with incorrect entries will not be entertained. 4. Candidate who seeks admission to more degree than one at the convocation must make a separate application and pay a separate fee in respect of each degree. 5. Insert B.A/B.Sc/B.Com/(Hons) B.A (Pass) B.Ed/M.A/<.Sc/M.L.S/M.Ed/M.Com/M.Phil/Ph.D/D.Lit/ Diploma in proper columns. 6. Candidates are required to write their name accurately and in block letters. 7.
