You can connect to the FISS as you are working through your claims. Connecting faster means you can work faster. This allows for maximum productivity at a minimum cost.
Get Started
Complete these steps in the order in which they are presented in this document. Add the website to the Internet Explorer Trusted Zone Download a Login Script Install an Active X Control Run the Login Script Automatically Test the Login Script

5. Under Add this website to the zone, enter https://navigator.ecorpnet.com and click Add. 6. Click Close. You have now added the Medicare Navigator website to the Internet Explorer Trusted Zone.
Enter your FISS/DDE User ID here, then click the link for the script you need.
3. On the left side of the page, enter your FI (Fiscal Intermediary) User ID. This is the ID you enter at the Medicare sign in screen. 4. Click the link for the script that your facility needs. If your DDE User ID is 2 letters followed by 5 numbers, download the CDS script. If your DDE User ID is anything other than 2 letters followed by 5 numbers, download the EDS script.
5. Click Save. Browse and save the file in a place where you can keep it. The My Documents folder is recommended. The default file name is EDS_[your facility id]().bzs or CDS_[your facility id]().bzs. 6. Click Save again. When the file is saved, Internet Explorer displays a Download Complete message. Close the message. You have now downloaded and saved the login script that will quickly and easily log you in to the FISS system every time you use Medicare Navigator. If you work with more than one fiscal intermediary, eSolutions can help you to alter the script to accommodate more than one FI. In the Information Bar, the Rocket Software website prompts you to install an add-on. Follow the prompts in the Information Bar.
To install the Active X addon, follow the prompts that display in this area. Click Install Active X Control.
Internet Explorer may prompt you to send your information again. Click Retry.

The AT&T Login screen displays. (It may be minimized when it opens.)
The AT&T Login screen displays on top of the Medicare Navigator page.
You have now installed the ActiveX control that lets your computer perform tasks in FISS and on the Medicare Navigator website.

Enable the option to play the script automaticall y when you connect.
3. Click Browse and navigate to the location of the script file. The file is named EDS_315().bzs or CDS_315().bzs. 4. Double-click the script file or highlight it and click Open. The path to the file is populated in the Scripts Directory box. 5. Click Apply.

7. Click Apply, then click OK. The AT&T Login screen displays.

You have now enabled the login script to run automatically when you log in to Medicare Navigator with the correct FI User ID (FISS/DDE User ID).

Depending on which script you downloaded, the TPX or the CMS screen displays at login.

Setting up Medicare Navigator is now complete. If you have difficulty getting started, be sure that you added our website to the Trusted Zone. Some facilities have restrictions that require a System Administrator to install scripts or Active X controls. In addition, if you work with more than one FI, Client Services can help you alter your script file to allow for this.
