CREATION OF INSPECTION PLAN ( A- WITH MIC AND B- WITHOUT MIC)

1. Type QP01 and enter (This is fast path) Note : For making the change in already created inspection plan , select QP02 and follow the procedure of QP01, To display inspection plan select QP03. also you can use the further T codes such as QP60,61,06,07 etc as per requirements.

Usage : Select usage 5 by drill down (5 means for Goods receipt, 3 Universal Use for Manual inspection lot creation., 4 is for Plant maintenance for service orders such as repairing of equipments /Maintenance items / external gauge calibration) 2. Status : Keep always 4 (Released general) 3. Dynamic Mod Level / Modification rule Select by drill down This is plant specific. Refer Sampling plan Process Manual (BPML QM03-13) 4. Shop Final Inspection, Engine testing Insp. etc in Description column 3. Select the line 4. Go to Inspection Characteristics. (Note : Select control key as per specific module e.g. PM01 for Maintenance select from drill down)

A)Creation of Inspection Characteristic with MIC


1. To Create MIC (Refer Process Manual of Create MIC )

Drill down to select required MIC

Drill down here to select Sampling Procedure and enter. (This is plant specific and user) specific.

Following screen will display

All required columns will gets filled up after enter. ( Whatever columns are filled in MIC will only gets filled-up here.) MIC may be Qualitative or Quantitative. You can overwrite the parameters in this screen.

1. Select Type (Mandatory), Sample, Result confirmation as per our requirement. 2. Tick to select.

Note: a) Destructive Insp : After activation of this field From every lot a fixed quantity will come for sample usage stage, we have remove this and correct the used quantity and remaining qty to be added to Unrestricted stock manually. b) Additive Sample : Field activates for extra samples for inspection. c) Summ. Recording: Only one result recording Average value. d) Single Result :- For every sample required recording e) Required Char. :-Result Recording is mandatory f) Optional Char :- Result recording is optional. g) Defect Recording:- To record the defect This is mandatory.

If you required addition sample to be inspected for this characteristics then only activate by click at Tick mark, otherwise close the screen X.

1. Enter values Decimal places, Target, Lower, Upper limit. 2. Scroll down or Enter (if you know) for Unit of measurement and Enter.

Select sampling procedure from drill down as per your requirement.

Select line and Click Catalogs (for defects)

Put 9 as Cat Type for defect and a) Tick in S box if You want to select selected set and select selected set thru drill down. b) Select code group thru drill down Enter
