4 DECLARATION & UNDERTAKING
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that all information provided herein is accurate and truthful
to the best of my knowledge. I solemnly undertake to comply with all applicable security regulations /
instructions and understand that any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the Airport
Entry Pass and may also invite legal consequences.
I further undertake to return the Airport Entry Pass (AEP) upon its expiry, upon relinquishment
of duties, or when no longer required, and to abide fully by the instructions printed on the reverse
side of this form.
I acknowledge that submission of any forged, fraudulent, or otherwise falsified document shall
constitute a serious offence under relevant laws , and shall render me liable to legal action.
Note: Display of the AEP on the chest is mandatory for entry into airport premises and must be
maintained at all times within airside or security restricted areas.

5 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Departmental cover letter, duly signed by the Head of Department or Authorized Officer.
Three (3) recent coloured photographs (passport-size, white background, no headgear).
Security clearance (Other than Govt. Servants)
Intelligence Bureau: Security Vetting Proformae (in triplicate).
Special Branch Police: Clearance certificate obtained by the applicant and attached.
Security Clearance Certificate (Government Servants Only)
“Certificate to the effect that the applicant (s) is / are bonafide Federal / Provincial Government servant (s)
and presently working in _______(deptt) as _______ (designation) and is /are security-wise cleared by IB / Spl.
Branch Police and incase of involvement of the individual (s) in subversive activities / misconduct, the head
of deptt / Nominated officer will be held responsible.”

6 INSTRUCTIONS
Airport Entry Passes are issued strictly on a “Need to Enter” basis and only for the purpose specified at the time of
issuance. Misuse of the pass may result in its immediate cancellation.
AEP is an accountable document issued by ASF and shall be checked and verified by ASF whenever considered
necessary.
AEP holder shall not attempt to bypass or interfere with security screening procedures at any access control point.
AEP holder shall strictly adhere to the designated access areas assigned to them and shall not attempt to enter
unauthorized zones within the airport premises.
In the event of a significant change in facial appearance, the pass holder is responsible for obtaining a revised pass;
failure to do so will result in denial of access.
AEP holder is not entitled to take any individual with him or use any lounge as a visitor / other than duty.
While travelling as a passenger, the AEP holder must follow the designated passenger channel and not use restricted
staff routes.
It is unlawful for any person at an airport to have any restricted article such as a firearm, or object resembling a
firearm, or explosives without lawful authority and a legitimate reason to do so.
Comply with the security procedures regarding access control and contribute to Airport Security by reporting the
following to ASF : -
Breach of access control procedures.
Presence of firearms, other weapons and explosive devices.
Unaccompanied baggage in public places.
Any situation or incident that could represent a security risk or which arouses suspicion, or which compromise the
safety and security of civil aviation.
Incase of loss of AEP, report immediately to the issuing authority. AEP remains the property of ASF.
The Director General, Airports Security Force reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any application or cancel
any pass, with or without assigning reasons.
