Lab Report – Topic

Students: __________________, __________________, __________________

Group: _______

Introduction
In here you are going to write your introduction. It should be mostly background
information about the topic of the lab. It is required that the introduction should be
between 2 or 3 short paragraphs, no less than 150 words, no more than 200 words.
Make sure that the text in the document is justified and uses a legible font (Arial, Gadugi,
Calibri Light). The size of the font should be 12. Use your own words for most of it, and in
case you need to quote information, follow the APA rules for that.

Depending on what you include in the report, the length is going to vary. Try to make it
as concise as possible. Don’t include unnecessary information. In this lab, don’t include
online images. You can add your own drawings if you want. You aren’t allowed to take
pictures in the lab. You can use this document and edit it at your convenience. This lab
report should be printed and given 1 week after the lab was done (for example, if it was
done on Wednesday, it would be for next Wednesday).

Remember that a report is a formal type of writing, and is based on facts. Be objective
over subjective. Try not to lean too much into your “experience” but more into what
happened, what you observed and your inferences about it.

Objective(s):
- This part should be as a list, and I’ll be giving you the objectives (they are included
in the lab guide).
- Objectives start with a verb in infinitive form.
- The following parts should be shown in two columns formats.
