PURPOSE The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners ability to analyse, evaluate and suggest improvements to the performance appraisal process in the workplace. REQUIREMENTS Analyse how a selected organisation evaluates its employees job performance, based on an interview with the human resource manager and relate it with the relevant performance appraisal model.
