Q. Tell me about yourself?

Ans1-Good Morning Sir/madam, Its my immense pleasure to introduce myself. I am xyz, pursuing my Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from BVB college of engineering and Technology Hubli maintaining aggregate CGPA of 8. 5. . I completed my intermediate education in SMPU college from Hospet with 75% aggregate. And I did my matriculation in home town abc scoring 80% in 10th std. Regarding my sweet Family we are 6 members, My father is an. My mom is a Home maker, 2 elder sister n 1 younger brother. Apart from my academics I have participated in many of the tech fest competition and succeeded in securing 2 place in ppt competition in 2 top Eng colleges n also won 2 place in project presentation and got 3 in Fly high competition. In last 2 semester we did our mini projects based on xyz n xyz. And we are doing project about xyz in this final year. I am the leader in my project group with team size 4 and I am excellent team worker as you can see from my little achievements. My strength is my confidence, I believe in my self and my work. I am good communicator with adaptability nature in the new working environment. Till now I haven't came across through the situations where I found certain things as my weaknesses. Perhaps I succeeded in facing the difficulties. I am very much interested in Designing field and I have learn t Pro E design tool software in my last

vacations as a watt course. My hobbies are hanging out with friends, Jim, playing Volley ball. Thank you Sir.

Ans2Sir I'm Neethu,a native of Alappuzha which is renowned for its natural beauty and backwaters. I'm persuing my B.Tech Degree from cec. My schooling was about from 5 schools,which gave me enough chance to mingle with students even from different countries. Also a good reliable team player who has consideration for others. I'm enthusiastic and eager to know and experience new things. There is an inner urge in me to excel in what I persue. I'm a person radiating positive attitide outwards and interested in inspiringothers. My technical interests include oop and web designing. Apart from academics I play several roles in my college.I'm the one having a part time job in mess and also posess other roles like pc coordinator ,nnn volenteer,Ie student hub and techfest committee organisor. My goal is to see myself as valuable and responsible for my company'sgrowth as well as nations.

Q. Why should I hire you? Ans1 -MAM, I can assure you that if selected there would no complaints regarding my work. AS I am
quick learner I can grab things easily and due to my friendly nature I can adjust in any enviornment. I put 100% work to build this organization more and higher. I also feel I am well suited for this job because I have that potential you are looking for and have the ability to learn as per your demands.

As I am a fresher and have no work experience in any company.But yes I have a great Zeal towards work and it is my passion to become a best engineer. I am a quick learner posses good logical and analytical skills and Leadership qualities. Sir, I will not say I am superior than every candidate present here. But I know that I have the Qualification and certain qualities which are needed for this post and I am a fast learner. Sir, I will not say that I am the best. but I am a quick learner. Due to my friendly nature i can easily adjust in any environment. I am flexible to work as a team leader as well as team member. I think I can cope with your expectations and your esteem training and guidance and it will be able for me to show my perfection on my task assign to me. since i am a fresher, you can shape me for all your requirements, I assure that I will preform what you expect, if I get hired.

Q. What are ur strength and weakness? AnsStrength:I am optimistic and positive in nature, eager to learn new things and trying to help others. I am also a self motivated person, so i, m not demoralize me in any circumstances. Weakness: As I am fresher I don't have any work experience and i, no so fluent in English but am work on it.

My strength is hard work and positive thinking. I take both success and failure in same ways. Success encourages me to to achieve more and failure inspire me to work hard. When I was in 7th standard, in half yearly exam I got very less marks in science, I was an average student. I was so hurt by seeing that marks I wept whole day. My parents convince me and inspired me. Then I realized the importance of study. I worked really hard for nect exam and In next exam I got highest marks in science in my class.

My weakness is that I want perfection in all things sometimes I indulge so much to get perfection in a work that I lost focus from some other things.

My strengths are I am a hardworking person and dedicated to my work and I am always eager to learn new things. My weakness is I expect perfection in everything.

Talking about my weakness, No one is perfect. Everyone has some kind of weakness,Instead of finding weakness I always try to improve my Strength which automatically reduce my weakness.

Q. What do you want to work at company? Ans-It is a dream for every individual to start their carrier by working in a big reputed company. It is one of the growing company in India. I want to be in such a company where I can also grow along with the company. For these reasons I want to work in this company.
