It divides traits into four categories: dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness. Respondents rate themselves on traits such as being orderly and ambitious, eager to please and fun-loving, patient and energetic, and questioning the status quo or liking detailed guidelines. The questionnaire aims to help individuals understand their own behaviors and how they can best work with others.
