Effective EQtraining

Only 29% of employees are actively engaged in their work, while 54% are neutral and 17% are actively undermining their company. Emotional engagement is needed to connect employees to their company and customers, as financial success now depends more on understanding people than economics or systems. Emotional intelligence fuels the most productive employees and profitable customers. Improving emotional engagement through training can increase employee engagement and company revenue.
