The graduates in Administration represent the present and the future of our nation, as a vital element.

CHAPTER I
OF THE GENERAL NORMS

Article 1. This Code governs the conduct and professional relations of the Mexican administrator residing within
or outside the country, as well as those of the foreign administrator who works in the national territory.
