Group assignment- 20% weight - Submission Date: 15 th July, Tuesday-8.30

Each team has undergone a journey in running its company over the eight
years (rounds). You started with certain goals and many aspirations.
Narrate your team’s experience that captures the essence of your
journey.

Your analysis needs to be the foundation of your experience sharing, for


which you may wish to include the key elements from your plan (you had
one in your mind) and go on to deal with your actual performance.

Use generative AI to help you analyze your firm's performance at the end
of eight years.

Share the AI output of your firm analysis/competition analysis. State the


AI tools you have used for the analysis. Multiple generative AI tools can be
used to complete the analysis.

Critique the AI analysis (output) in terms of what has been analysed well/
not so well and what is missing. What might be inadequate?

Add your analysis and complete the submission.

The submission needs to cover firm performance analysis and analysis of


competition. Here are some pointers that need to be addressed in your
analysis, but you can go beyond them in your coverage if they help
narrate your experience better.

 How did you manage the Products- Markets that you had planned to
concentrate on and how did they contribute to your firm's growth?
 How did you manage the capacity requirements of your firm for the
growth anticipated across products? Sell/ buy at correct times?
Impact on financing, automation costs, performance of your firm…
 How did your firm's financial structure (leverage) evolve across
periods (years)? Why did things vary from plan to the extent things
did? And things like the ability to grow, etc.
 Who was your strongest competitor? Why?
 What could you have done better? What are your learnings or any
other aspect you consider significant?

Limit your submission to 4 pages.
