Upon completing the Training of Trainers (TOT) program on team leading in

nursing, participants will be able to Understand Leadership Principles to

manage nursing staff in there department , Enhance Communication Skills

especially to Promote Emotional Intelligence to Resolve Conflicts Effectively

and Foster Team Collaboration in addition to Motivate and Inspire Team

Members and upgrade them in both technical and administration level by

Delegating them Responsibilities all that to create Future Leaders

Team Building Course Evaluation Using Kirkpatrick Model

Level 1: Reaction (Participants' immediate reactions to the course)

Objective: Measure participants’ satisfaction and engagement with the course.

Methode: surveys/questionnaire

Level 2: Learning

Objective: Assess the increase in knowledge or skills gained from the training.

Methods: Conduct pre- and post-training assessments or quizzes to measure knowledge


gained.

Level 3: Behavior

Objective: Evaluate the transfer of learning to the workplace.

Methods: Observe participants' behavior at work and gather feedback from their
supervisors or peers.
