Job Title: Software Developer - C# Tools Development and Automation


Experience: 4+ Years

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer with expertise in C#
tools development, automation, XML, XSLT, and Jenkins configurations (or similar
tools) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Maintain C# Tools: Design, develop, and maintain custom tools
and applications using C# to support various business processes.
2. Automation: Implement automation solutions to streamline software
development, testing, and deployment processes.
3. XML and XSLT Processing: Work with XML data and XSLT transformations
to manipulate and present data as required by different applications.
4. Jenkins Configuration: Set up, configure, and maintain Jenkins pipelines for
continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
5. Code Review and Optimization: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality
and adherence to best practices. Optimize existing code for performance and
maintainability.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA,
DevOps, and Product Management, to ensure successful delivery of software
projects.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for
developed tools, automation scripts, and configuration processes.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development with a focus
on C#.

Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
2. Strong experience with XML and XSLT for data manipulation and
transformation.
3. Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD configurations and pipeline
management. Familiarity with other tools like Azure DevOps is also preferred.
4. Good knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
5. Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
