Service Actions Not Requiring Verification
Non-instrument service action performed (e.g. printer, UPS, etc.). See Incident Report (IR) for further detail System not repaired. See Incident Report (IR) for further detail Service Mandatory Actions ✔ Reviewed File Error History, observations will be captured in IR code ✔ Perform Acquisition adjustment. Coagulation channel range is 2.3vdc to 2.9vdc using 200ul of Wash- Reference Emulsion in Rotor position #20. The Chromogenic channel range is 8.65vdc to 8.75vdc with no Rotor ✔ Verify proper drainage of Rinse / Waste reservoir and decontaminate as necessary ✔ Verify the Needles alignment at the Rotor position ✔ Verify the Software Identification is correct and current software diskettes are readily available Create a backup of the acl8000.ini file, if necessary ✔ Confirm that customer has a current database backup and it is accessible for use at all times Quality Verification Actions It is the responsibility of the customer, based on local Regulatory requirements, to select which QC tests are to be completed in order to determine functional performance to their satisfaction. Request customer perform laboratory established levels of control and verify QC results are within established ranges Customer was not available to perform QC verification following completion of Service activity Customer waived control verification
