VISION
My vision is that every student that attends UH- West O'ahu will be instilled with a sense of pride and distinction. To make this a reality we must embrace the unique identity and mission of UHWO. First we must continue to advance excellence in undergraduate education by establishing UHWO as the quality baccalaureate degree-granting institution in the Central and Leeward O'ahu area. We will respond to UHWO students and the community, by maintaining the quality of the faculty, and continually improve the flexibility and innovation of the curriculum. Secondly, we must collaborate with other campuses within the University of Hawai'i system to support the delivery of undergraduate and graduate programs needed by west O'ahu communities. Lastly, I can foresee UH-West Oahu as a regional example, as a sustainable campus, a ideal place to live, study and have fun.

GOALS
If elected, my goals for ASUHWO include: 1) Following through with some amendment changes to the ASUHWO constitution made by the current ASUHWO Senate to resolve outdated practices and loop holes; 2) Lobbying to safeguard the rights to affordable education and emphasize a need for educational reform; 3) Promoting activities and events that are attainable at other four-year universities so that students can experience an enjoyable campus lifestyle; and 4) Accentuating the importance for adopting greener practices to ensure our Kapolei campus remains sustainable, minimizing operational cost, therefore keeping tuition down.
