ACT I – THE PLAN

SCENE 1: PSU CWTS HQ – Morning Meeting

(Whiteboard: “OPLAN KALUSUGAN – Q2 Medical Mission”)

(May mga posters, tarpaulin, supplies sa gilid. Liza is trying to unbox vitamins, Marco is pacing.)

NARRATOR (V.O.)
Sa PSU, habang ang ibang estudyante ay may quiz at cramming session, ang CWTS team? Naka-
mission mode na. Target: Kalusugan ng Barangay.

MARCO
(reading clipboard)
Medical kits – check. Vitamins – check. Visual aids – Anna?

ANNA
(spinning with poster)
Check na check! “Kumain ng gulay, hindi ng chismis!”

LIZA
Uhm… bakit po may karaoke sa checklist?

MARCO
Ay sorry, listahan ko yata ‘yan for barangay bonding night.
(Everyone laughs)

MS. DELA CRUZ

(enters)
Team, ready na ba kayo? Barangay Masigla is expecting us tomorrow. Aling Rosa confirmed.
Doctor Reyes and his team are joining. No excuses.

ANNA
Promise po, ma’am. Kahit ulan, baha, or heartbreak, tuloy ang mission!

ACT II – MISSION

SCENE 2: Barangay Covered Court – Setup Time

(Students setting up tables. Aling Rosa arrives with boxes. Locals start to gather.)

NARRATOR (V.O.)
Mission day. Vitamins? Naka-handa. Energy? Umaapaw. Volunteers? Slightly sabog sa kaba—but
determined!

ALING ROSA
(approaching Marco)
Good job, mga anak. Ngayon lang ako nakakita ng seminar na may libreng bookmark!

ANNA
Marketing po 'yan, Aling Rosa. Health tips sa harap, chika sa likod!

TATAY BEN
(arrives dramatically)
Ay naku. Eto na ang paborito n’yong pasyente. May BP ako, may allergy ako, at may—*

LIZA
(interrupts)
…May drama ka rin po, Tay!

DR. REYES
(setting up stethoscope)
Let's begin consultations. Watch out for signs of fever, cough, and high blood pressure. Liza,
ikaw sa vitamins station.

LIZA
Copy, Doc! One tablet per person. Hindi pwedeng “one for me, one for you.”
SCENE 3: Seminar Station – Learning with Laughs

(Seminar ongoing. Residents seated, projector showing slides.)

ANNA
Okay, mga ka-barangay! Hygiene is life. I repeat—hygiene is life! Di lang pang-porma, pang-
prevent pa ng sakit.

RESIDENT #1
(raising hand)
Ate, may question. Paano kung wala pong sabon?

ANNA
Pwedeng alcohol, pero kung wala rin—tubig muna, wag laway!

(Laughter from crowd)

MARCO
At ang nutrition? Hindi kailangan mahal. Malunggay is free! ‘Wag puro noodles—baka magka-
sodium overload kayo.

TATAY BEN
(murmurs)
Eh paano 'yan? Favorite ko pa naman ang pancit canton habang nanonood ng teleserye...

DR. REYES
Moderation, Tay! Pwede pa rin, pero wag three packs in one sitting!

ACT III – AFTERMATH

SCENE 4: PSU – Post-Mission Debrief

(CWTS room. Students with laptops and snacks. May “Evaluation Time” sign sa board.)

NARRATOR (V.O.)
Minsan, ang tunay na laban… nasa evaluation.

MS. DELA CRUZ

Okay, recap. Marco?

MARCO
Target met: 120+ residents served. All four puroks covered. Medical check-ups done, seminars
held, vitamins distributed.
ANNA
Seminar feedback was awesome. Some parents even asked kung pwede daw monthly.

LIZA
Naubusan po tayo ng iron supplements by the end. Maybe next time dagdagan natin?

DR. REYES
Early detection worked. Nakaiwas tayo sa potential dengue cases. Good job, everyone.

(Knock knock. Enters TATAY BEN with a basket of bananas.)

TATAY BEN
O ayan. Pang-thank you sa inyo. You saved my BP... and maybe my love life.

ANNA
Talaga Tay? May jowa na kayo?

TATAY BEN
Wala pa rin. Pero at least malakas na akong maglakad papunta sa tindahan!

(Everyone laughs)

SCENE 5: Barangay – One Week Later

(Community kids are playing. Some adults are chatting about what they learned.)

NARRATOR (V.O.)
Ang epekto ng isang misyon? Hindi lang nasusukat sa dami ng tao. Kundi sa mga pagbabago sa
araw-araw na buhay.

RESIDENT #2
Alam mo mare, sinubukan kong magluto ng gulay kagabi. Tuwang-tuwa si junior!

RESIDENT #1
Oo nga. Yung anak ko, tuwing naghuhugas ng kamay, sinasabi pa: “20 seconds, Mommy!”

EPILOGUE – THE HEART OF SERVICE

SCENE 6: Back to PSU – Reflection Day

(Team gathered again. This time more chill. Final thoughts.)

MS. DELA CRUZ
You didn’t just implement an action plan. You became part of the community. That’s real
service.

MARCO
Nakakapagod... pero sulit.

ANNA
Next mission? Dental check-up and eye screening!

LIZA
Plus snacks?

EVERYONE:
YES!

NARRATOR (V.O.)
And with every smile they inspired, every vitamin they handed out, and every word of care—
they fulfilled more than just a task.
