contributions for impactful development through the P4 model.
b. Promotion of digital literacy, STEM education, and vocational training to equip
youth with future-ready skills.
c. Strengthening of primary health care systems and improved access to

The Government of Andhra Pradesh's P4 - Public Private People Partnership

economically well-off families with bottom 20% underprivileged households (Bangaru
Kutumbalu) for mentorship, skill development and livelihood support.
Swarna Andhra is centred on the belief that true prosperity is achieved when
every family has the opportunity to succeed. Through the Zero Poverty-P4 (Public
Private People Partnership) Initiative, we strive to empower prosperous citizens
(Margadarsi) to step forward and handhold, mentor, and support economically
vulnerable families (Bangaru Kutumbam). We seek to create personalized
pathways of support for all families involved, to realize a future where every family
can rise and contribute to a collective journey of growth and shared prosperity
64,549 underprivileged households (Bangaru Kutumbalu) are existing in the
Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District.
All District, Divisional and Mandal level officers are requested to adopt Bangaru
Kutumbalu, providing support that goes beyond financial assistance to include
mentorship, skill development, livelihood assistance and holistic empowerment,
fostering enduring community partnerships through https://zeropovertyp4.ap.gov.in/.
Each sachivalayam employee should identify minimum 5 margadarsis from
