8. Important Notes:

I. The Institute / University from which the 10th /12th /Graduation/CA Inter has been
completed must be recognized by the Central Education Board/State Government
Board/UT/Bihar State Government Board etc.
II. Successful candidates shall serve as various post at Bihar State Vegetable Processing and
Marketing Cooperative Federation Limited, VEGFED for a period of 36 (Thirty-Six) months on
the outsourced (contractual) basis from the date of appointment. Renewal of contract would
be based on performance and requirement of the federation/ HR Agency.
III. Bihar State Vegetable Processing and Marketing Cooperative Federation Limited,
VEGFED reserves the right to change (increase or decrease) the duration of the contract.
IV. The successful candidates can be posted anywhere in Bihar based on vacancy and
Requirements at the post. The candidates cannot claim for posting at a particular district in
this regard.

V. The number of vacancies mentioned above is tentative and may change by 20% (Increase
or Decrease) as per requirement.
VI. VEGFED/HR Agency reserves the right to change the number of positions or vacancies or
cancel any or all the positions mentioned in the advertisement without assigning any
reason.
VII. The candidate for the outsourced position must be eligible in terms of age, educational
qualifications, etc. as per Recruitment Rules notified by the federation/ HR Agency for the
posting which he/she intends to apply.
VIII. The court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be restricted to Patna only.

Note: - Candidates who will be finally selected will join in the following districts:-

3. Darbhanga
4. Supaul
5. Madhepura
6. Saharsa
