distinguished graduates of the Class of 2025 — good goodmorning!
It is with great pride, profound respect, and overflowing joy that we welcome each and every
one of you to this momentous gathering — the Commencement Exercises of SAL Foundation
College Talayan campus with the theme " GENERATION OF UNITY: PARTERS FOR THE NEW
PHILIPINES" for Academic Year 2024–2025. Today, we celebrate not only academic
achievement, but also the enduring spirit of perseverance, the power of dreams, and the
remarkable journey that has brought each graduate to this proud and meaningful occasion
1. Academic Procession
To formally commence our celebration, we shall now witness one of the most symbolic and
time-honored traditions in the academic world — the Academic Procession.
Ladies and gentlemen, may I respectfully request everyone to rise as we welcome, with due
honor and dignity, the procession of:

2. Invocation
In all our endeavors and accomplishments, we acknowledge with humility the divine grace that
guides and sustains us. At this moment, let us quiet our hearts and turn to the Giver of all
wisdom and knowledge, so let us have an invocation.
And please do remain standing as we express our reverence for our nation and region through
the singing of the Philippines National Anthem followed by the BARMM Hymn.
4. Welcome Remarks
To officially open today’s ceremony and to extend warm greetings to everyone present, we are
honored to hear from a pillar of our academic institution — a man whose wisdom and integrity
continue to inspire us all.
Let us now welcome the Vice President of SAL Foundation College Talayan Campus Honorable
Datu Nur-Ali U. Midtimbang, for his welcome remarks.
Before we hear from our guest of honor, it is only fitting that he be introduced by a leader
whose vision and stewardship continue to propel our institution to greater heights.
Let us now call upon the President of SAL Foundation College, honorable Hadji Juan Alex Akil
Lines, Jr., for the formal introduction of our commencement speaker.
6. Commencement Address
Today’s celebration is graced by a leader whose public service, dedication to development, and
commitment to the people of Maguindanao del Sur reflect the very values we strive to instill in
our graduates.
It is with the deepest respect and admiration that we now welcome our Commencement
Speaker — the Vice Governor of Maguindanao del Sur, the honorable Datu Nathaniel
Midtimbang. May his words enlighten, inspire, and challenge us all.
As a token of our sincerest gratitude for the time, wisdom, and presence so generously shared
with us today, we now proceed with the awarding of the Plaque of Appreciation.
May we invite to the stage the School President, together with the Chairman of the Board of
Trustees, to present this humble token of our appreciation to our esteemed guest speaker.
At the heart of today’s celebration are the young men and women who, through dedication,
resilience, and academic excellence, have fulfilled the requirements set forth by the institution.
To formally present the candidates for graduation, we call on our esteemed Registrar.
Following the presentation of the candidates, we now proceed to the formal petition for the
conferment of degrees.
May we now call on Mr.. Aljun Laguiamuda to deliver this important petition on behalf of the
graduating class.
By the power vested in him by the institution and its governing board, and upon the
recommendation of the academic council, the President shall now confer the degrees and titles
upon the graduates of the Class of 2025.
May we now invite the School President to officially confer the degrees.
The conferral of academic degrees is a moment of great pride and dignity. At this point, the
graduates shall receive their diplomas — tangible symbols of years of dedication, intellectual
growth, and personal development.
Education:
Requesting the President Juan Alex Akil Lineses,Jr, Vice president Datu Nur Ali U. Midtimbang
together with the Honorable commencement speaker The governor elect Hadji Datu Ali
Midtimbang to distribute the diplomas to the graduates and the imposition of the hoods will be
assisted by the acting registrar Ms. Zainab Ebrahim.
Criminology:
This time requesting the PROVOST Subaida Akil Lineses, Board of trustees Mr. Juan Alex Lines,
Sr together with the vice mayor Datu Jomar Midtimbang and the imposition of the hoods will
be assisted by the board of trustees Ms. Hana Lineses.
12. Giving of Awards
Every achievement must be celebrated. We now take time to recognize those who have
displayed exemplary in leadership.
As our graduates now join the distinguished ranks of alumni, they carry with them not only
memories, but also a lifelong bond with this institution.
To formally introduce the Alumni Association and administer the Oath of Membership, let us
welcome Ms. Amina Angkan.
In gratitude and honor, we now invite Ms. Jocelyn A. Musa to lead the graduates in the Pledge
of Loyalty — a vow to uphold the values and ideals of SAL Foundation College in all their future
endeavors.
Let us take a moment to listen to a musical offering prepared by the graduating class — a
heartfelt reflection of their journey, their gratitude, and their dreams for the future.
Behind every graduate is a family, a community, and a school that have supported and guided
them every step of the way. Representing the voice of the Class of 2025, we now call on Mr
Theng U. Kasim to deliver a Message of Gratitude.
As our graduates prepare to step into a new chapter of their lives, may they be inspired by a
message of challenge, responsibility, and hope.
To deliver the formal Charge to the Graduates, we now invite the PROVOST Chairman of the
Board of Trustees, Prof. Subaida Akil Lineses.

Congratulations, Class of 2025! May your futures be bright, your paths meaningful, and your
