We are currently using Perfex CRM for managing out customers.

As a company we do a lot of laptop repairs and as such we

need a dedicated section within Perfex CRM for device repairs as the Project feature is chunky and does not capture the
relevant information. This module should be an extension and not custom coded as when updates are done it often replaces
the core file.

This module should have the following features…

• Repair Management in the Back End that utilises what Perfex already has such as customers details, accounts,
invoicing ect.
• View Repair when customers are logged in
• Be able to search repair when not logged in however it only displays limited information.
• Be able to print labels that can be stuck onto devices to help with tracking and identity.
• Be able to print a report of what work was done.

To aid with understanding and to get the feel of what we are after I have created a number of photoshopped images. We
ideally need someone that has done Perfex development before as we do not want to have conflicts ect down the line.

Repair Orders Screen:

Just like in projects this will display the repair jobs along with the customer name, repair type, due date and status. The
repair tracking number should be automatically generated but it should be at least 12 digits to help with security. The
tracking number should be searchable throughout perfex to find the job.

Add Repair Job:

This is just like adding a project however with less irrelevant fields. It should take the customers details that are already in
perfex but allow to add a custom postage address ect. I have not created a mockup off add a job however you can see the
required fields in the image below. You will see that it only has simple tabs for Overview, Activity, Files, Tickets, Contracts
and Notes.
Delivery Record and Return Record

The Delivery and Return records follow the same pattern. Essentially it allows us to add the delivery method, tracking
information. Status, contact details and where the parcel is being collected from and delivered to. In the image you will see
the fields. The Edit option will allow you to edit the core information like in the images and the notes will allow staff to add
notes that are displayed in a list view.
Inspection Screen:

The inspection screen is where we will add any information for inspecting the device ie the condition of the device and
images when it arrives, The inspection record will contain a field to add the inspection type, a drop down for condition (Will
be good if you can edit these fields in admin settings), notes and images. Inspection records will be displayed in the order
newest to oldest on the inspection tab. I have created two images one of the information screen and one of the popup to
add an inspection record. You will see it has an option to show or hide from the customers dashboard.
Workshop Screen:

The workshop screen is where we will add notes of any repairs done or any details inspections. Again I have created two
images to show the reports screen and the popup to add a new workshop record.

This section should include fields for the report type (Pre chosen from Admin section), Report status (pre chosen from
admin section), text field for any parts information, text field for notes and option to upload images.
Print Label: To help track parts we need a easy way to print labels, We currently use labels that are 50mm wide by 25mm
tall. When you click print label it should create a label with the logo on, a barcode of the job tracking number, the customers
name and the repairs name, An image as an example is provided below:
Print Report: We want to be able to provide the users with a printed report of the work done. Ideally we need two options .
Once to print a nice report of the details contained within the repair and also an option to print a report on a receipt printer.
I have again provided an example below for the receipt printer however with the PDF report I am happy to take suggestions

Tracking page: This will be a page that can be accessed without logging in. By using the repair tracking number you can see
a quick overview of the repair. This will be limited however full details should be visible on the customers login page just like
the projects are. It will also be good if we could create an iframe ect so we can add the tracking to our other websites. Below
is a sample of the limited information displayed.
