GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The students are required to read carefully and follow the instructions given below:

1. Submission of one complete Assignment in each course of the programme every year is
compulsory.
2. Completed Assignments on prescribed A4 sheets with the required details are to be submitted
online in PDF format through Google Classroom (B.A. 2nd Year Classroom) on or before the last
date.
3. If students fail to submit the assignment before or on the last date, they can submit it within a
week from the last date with a fine for Rs.200.
4. Afterwards, assignments will NOT be submitted.
5. For Ex-Students who failed to submit Assignments during the course of the programme are
required to submit Rs. 200/-per Assignment to CDOE in the form of Demand Draft in favour of
Jamia Millia Islamia, payable at New Delhi.
6. Write your name, roll number, contact number and other details as required on the cover page of
Assignment Booklet. Find the attachment in the google classroom.
7. In case of any variation in Hindi/Urdu translation, English version would be the reference copy.
8. Write your name and roll number on top of every page of the assignment.
9. For your record please keep a photocopy of your Assignments.
10. Please go through your programme guide carefully for further details.
11. The assignments are to be submitted in the google classroom only.
12. AI generated answers will be marked zero, and no student will be given any chance to resubmit in
case of AI tools assistance in assignments.
