Grey s Anatomy Research Paper
Grey s Anatomy is the best show to watch on television. Grey s Anatomy is a television show about
surgeon s lives in and out of the hospital which they work at in Seattle, Washington. Grey s
Anatomy is filled with love, tragedy, and comedy. The whole entire cast is made up of actors who
portray their characters perfectly. Medical Knowledge can be gained while watching Grey s
Anatomy, the medical scenarios are incredibly accurate. Grey s Anatomy has viewers intrigued
instantly.
For a television show to be the very least bit entertaining it needs to have love, tragedy, or comedy.
Grey s Anatomy has all three. From the very first episode in season one viewers will see the
romantic relationships between the surgical interns and their colleges. Throughout the show
watchers will see how the characters try to keep their love life and work life separate. From
marriages, cheating, and love triangles, Grey s Anatomy has it all. New medical cases are
presented in each episode of Grey s Anatomy. This brings something new and exciting to each
episode, which is something not a lot of television shows have to offer. With each new medical case
introduced watchers will learn to love the patients and see the surgeon s build relationships with
them. Not all patients on Grey s Anatomy die but a good percentage of them do. This element of the

As the show goes on the chemistry between the actors stands out tremendously. It is as if the actors
are real life surgeons. Each character has an unique background and hardships they have gone
through in their previous lives that the actors identify with. All of the actors and actresses in the
show are extremely attractive which makes the show even better. The main and frankly the most
important character, Derek makes the show. He is often referred to as McDreamy which perfectly
describes him. No other television show has such a perfect and sophisticated actor and
How Is Kingdom Of Heaven Historically Accurate
Although the movie Kingdom of Heaven was based on a true historical event, not all the scenes
are accurate. The relationships, knights, and weapons seen in the movie do not all add up to the
way things were during the Second Crusade. Hollywood movie directors are in it for the money.
They want to make an action packed movie. They do not care if everything in the movie is
historically correct. Although the movie was not all historically correct, it still does a good job
of portraying what happened during the Second Crusade. These are some events that happened in
the movie. I will tell you why they are not all historically correct. Some relationships in this movie
were not quite portrayed the way they actually were. For example, in the movie it shows Balian
not being acquainted with father, when actually Balian was not as illegitimate as the movie
portrayed him to be. Also, Balian had two brothers. Baldwin, his older brother was actually the
one to fall in love with Sybilla. There is no record of any type of romance between Balin and
Sybilla. In the movie it portrays Sybilla as hating Guy de Lusignan, and even said she was forced
to marry him. According to medievalreader.wordpress.com, Sibylla says I choose as my king and

It took a lot of training and many years to become a knight. According to the book Knights of
Crusades by Jay Williams, Chivalry itself was now practically a religious order, with its own
rules, its own rituals, and its own special codes of behavior. Many people wanted to be knights
because they thought it was their religious duty. In the movie, Balian made every able bodied man
into a knight to try and defeat the Muslims. Balian could have very well done this, but the men
would not be trained to be a knight. They did not have the experience or training as the muslims, but
would still do anything to protect their Holy Land. This land was holy for the Muslims, Christians,

Potosi Research Paper
Potosi was once a quiet mining community whose inhabitants were pre Columbian Amerindians
comprised of the Incas, Charcas, Chulipas natives and other smaller groups of Quechua and
Aymara natives who were all artisans who worked with pottery and silver from the mines. The
Quechua developed the labor system of the Mita, where they enslaved other people to work the
mines. The Quechua became very wealthy from their exploits (Gonzalez, n.d. p. 2). After the
arrival of the Spanish, the Spaniards, would continue the labor system of Mita, by enslaving the
Amerindians and importing African slaves to work in the mines as human mules (Adler Pouwels,
2018). The mines, had already become famous for their riches well before the Spanish had arrived.
This fame was due to the stream of ingots and coins of silver from the mines that had spread across
the Atlantic and Pacific oceans making a big impact on the economies of Asia, Europe and South
America (Adler Pouwels, 2018).... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
People of diverse cultures visited and worked in Potosi. Large churches built by wealthy mine
owners were decorated in a hybrid Andean Spanish baroque style (Adler Pouwels, 2018, p.382). Yet
the inhabitants of the past and the slaves/workers of the mines lived in huts. The Spanish cultural
pastimes of gambling, bullfighting, dancing schools and theaters not only entertained the affluent
but was introduced to the culture as well as the fiestas and religious processions that took place. As
with any advanced society a seedy underside also developed such as gambling and prostitution and
fighting between the ruling and dominated inhabitants (Adler Pouwels,
New Zealand Research Paper
New Zealand
The country that i m researching is New Zealand. New Zealand is located in the south western
Pacific Ocean and features two main islands, the North Island and the South Island. The language
spoken the most often there is English. The capital of New Zealand is Wellington. There are many
differences and similarities between the US and New Zealand. One thing that is different between
the two is that the people in New Zealand drive on the left side. There are also differences and
similarities in the schooling. According to New Zealand Now, there are four school terms running
from late January to mid December with two week breaks between them and a six week summer
break at the end of the year. Also, the schools usually start around 9 and end somewhere around 3 or

According to Roy Morgan Research, one problem I researched that came up in New Zealand was
poverty and the gap between the rich and poor. This can happen a lot all over the world. This
could be happening for many reasons but the main reason it stated was that people are losing their
jobs and don t have any income then have no choice but to leave their home, so then they end up
living on the streets. The people there are trying to help it but it s becoming hard to so they can t
really do anything about it. Some people have family they can go live with until they can find
another job but some don t and have to do it all on their own.
Teens have different rules and laws all over the world. According to New Zealand Now, most
children in New Zealand start school on their 5th birthday and all children must be enrolled at
school from their 6th birthday. Another thing that could be different is the technology. In New
Zealand, their technology is not different than here. They have modern TVs, phones, etc.
Something that is also the same is the laws on driving. According to New Zealand Now, you are
able to start driving when you are 16 just like you can in
The Charge Of The Light Brigade Analysis
Alfred Lord Tennyson wrote the The Charge of the Light Brigade on December 2nd, 1854, and it
was then published on December 9th. This poem was written following the disastrous Battle of
Balaklava, between the British Light Brigade forces and the Russian forces (Connors 3). Alfred
Lord Tennyson wrote this poem to commemorate the lives lost, and it seems to be littered with
Biblical allusions. Specifically, this poem has striking diction similarity to Psalm 23 from the King
James Version of the Bible. This discovery spurs the question of whether AlfredLord Tennyson was
directly influenced by the Psalm, and if so, in what way?
The Charge of the Light Brigade was written when Lord Tennyson learned of the carnage at the
decisive and devastating Battle of Balaklava for the British. The battle was initiated when the
overall commander of British forces, Lord Raglan, ordered the Light Brigade to follow but not to
attack the Russian enemy. Through the chain of command, this message was distorted and then one
of the commanders, Lord Nolan, drove the final nail in the coffin as he ambiguously ordered the
troops to seize the Russian guns as he gestured in the general direction of both the hilltop redoubts
and the adjacent valley (Connors 2). The troops, confused by this order, followed their leader into
battle since they knew it was not their place to argue. The ensuing battle led to the death of half of
the Light Brigade (Connors 2). Due to this tragic event, the British people
Electrical Submersible Pump
Electrical Submersible Pump Analysis and Design
May 30, 2001
Abstract
Case Services software provides production optimization for a variety of different methods of
artificial lift. This paper discusses the dominant factors in electrical centrifugal submersible pump
design and monitoring. Emphasis is placed on three areas: Well inflow performance behavior. Fluid
Pressure Volume Temperature and phase behavior. Pump equipment performance specifications.
An examination of fluid dynamics within a centrifugal pump provides appreciation for the need to
analyze the pump one stage at a time. The importance of individual pump testing is also identified.
This paper ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In addition, it is crucial to analyze pump performance based on a known good condition. Experience
has shown that each serialized pump demonstrates unique performance data. Therefore, a factory
pump test should be obtained before the pump is installed in a well. The data from this test can be
used throughout the equipment life for accurate performance analysis. This discussion is limited to
conventional applications of centrifugal pumps specifically excluding: Pumps installed below the
producing formation. Downhole gas separation. Variable frequency drive considerations.
Focus is placed upon the pump itself. The downhole motor is discussed only in passing. Steady state
operation (no pump cycling) is also assumed.

The Basics
This section describes the formulas that are the basis for the csSubmersible suite s calculations.
When employing any pumping method, optimum artificial lift is achieved only when the pump is
closely matched to the well s ability to produce fluids. This is especially true with centrifugal
pumping. Before the pump design process can even begin, an accurate model of the well s inflow
performance must be developed.
The famous Japanese proverb and image of the three wise monkeys see no evil, hear no evil,
speak no evil is interpreted in the Western world as a refusal to acknowledge the evil that occurs
around us. In the autobiography, The Fourth of July, by Audre Lorde, she describes an event in her
life in which she experienced racism. Lorde s parents made sure their kids were sheltered from the
racism going on in the world and kept them from seeing it. Audre Lorde encounters racism even
though her parents tried to hide it from her, which shows how being sheltered from issues in the
world can cause greater problems when they are faced.
In the beginning, Lorde s parents attempt to hide the racism that exists in America by making up
excuses. For example, Lorde reflects on what her mother said to her when she wanted to eat in the
dining car, I wanted to eat in the dining car because I had read all about them, but my mother
reminded me for the umpteenth time that dining car food always cost too much money . . . My
mother never mentioned that black people were not allowed into railroad dining cars headed south
in 1947 (240). When Lorde says that her mother reminded her for the umpteenth time, it
demonstrates a hyperbole because it s an over exaggeration for the sake of emphasizing that her
mother has reminded her many times. Lorde s parents try to protect her from the racism by
pretending it doesn t exist, which might be good in the present moment, but when faced with

Confucianism: feudal system was wanted. They seem to have believed that although the gods
existed and worship and rituals were of value in bringing people together, these things were of
secondary importance to an equitable social order. They strongly believed in government and that
society needed an elaborate structure, reinforced by etiquette in order to be effective.
Tao Te Ching: This book was written as a polemic against the Confucians and Legalist who wished
for either an idealized form of feudalism or some strong central government. They wanted little to
do with government, none if possible. The theme of the book was that all human achievements

Louis Riel Research Paper
Riel The Hero
Louis Riel; one of the most important figures in Canada s history. This interesting character was
born in Winnipeg, the town of St. Boniface in the red river settlement. Riel grew up with a
Francophone catholic society, but he classified as a francophone Metis. In the early life of Louis Riel
, he was sent off to study at the College de Montreal. 1868 was the year he returned to his
hometown. Louis Riel s name is still greatly remembered to this day.
Louis Riel was definitely a hero. All he wanted was equality for his people (Francophone Metis.)
Because of this, Riel lead the Red River Rebellion. Soon, Riel also lead the North West Rebellion.
Louis Riel cared about his people s rights, so much, he declared the Red River Rebellion, or the Red
River Resistance in 1869. The Reballion was sparked by the transfer of a territory called Rupert s
Land to the young country of Canada. The Métis only took up a small portion of Rupert s Land, but
they still feared their culture and land rights were going to be taken away while still under
Canadian control. The Métis people were not very happy, so the Metis announced a rebellion, (Lead
by Louis Riel.) The uprising led to the creation of the province of Manitoba. The ... Show more

Also, the Metis people were mad at the Canadian government because their way of life was
changing drastically as a result of a shortage of bison leading to starvation. Which the government
was doing nothing about. The Metis asked Louis Riel to return to Canada, as he was in Montana.
When Riel returned, he sent a petition to Ottawa stating the concerns, a request for their own
provincial government, and a voice in Federal Government. The Rebellion started when Riel
purchased weapons, seized a church, and created a second provincial government. Louis Riel
showed that he really cared for his peoples rights by doing a rebellon not once, but
