WInTech ZCASU

1. Name and Affiliation

WInTech ZCASU (Women in Technology – ZCAS University) shall operate as a component


of the ICTAZ ZCASU Student Chapter, promoting the inclusion and advancement of female
students in technology.

2. Purpose and Objectives

The purpose of WinTech ZCASU is to:

●​ Empower and support female students pursuing technology-related fields.


●​ Provide mentorship, networking, and skill-building opportunities.
●​ Organize events that foster leadership, innovation, and collaboration among women
in tech.

3. Leadership Structure

WinTech ZCASU shall have the following leadership roles, held exclusively by female
students:

●​ Chairperson – Provides overall leadership and represents the chapter.


●​ Vice Chairperson – Supports the Chairperson and oversees initiatives.
●​ Secretary – Maintains records, communications, and documentation.
●​ Events Coordinator – Plans and manages events, workshops, and outreach
activities.

The two founding members, Mutembo Kababa and Madalitso Mutiya, shall be recognized
for their contributions to the establishment of the chapter.

4. Membership

Membership is open to all female students interested in technology at ZCAS University, with
opportunities for collaboration with the broader ICTAZ student community.
