Parallelogram

Create a Power Point Presentation comprising the content as mentioned in the sample
slides with formatting (Bold, underlined, italics, Alignment) and following guidelines:
Create a PowerPoint slide using the slide type – Comparison. The text content should
be aligned as per the sample slide.
Instruction:
Reproduce the content as mentioned in the sample Slide below by using:
a) Title: Font: Tahoma, Font Size: 40, Effect: Bold and Underline, Align: Center.
b) Content: Make the subtitles Bold, Underline and center aligned and rest all
content with Font: Arial, Font Size: 24, Align: left.
c) Add footer in this slide with the current date, page number and write “Your

d) Change the background border outline color to “Black” (Shape Outline) and

Question – 1 Marks- 7
Reproduce the following data in the MS-Excel Sheet by using “Tahoma” as font type and
font size of “14 points” for both “Column Headings” as well as “Text/Table”.

INSTRUCTION:
NOTE –
HRA – House Rent Allowance = 12% of Basic Salary.
MA – Medical Allowance = 7% of Basic Salary.
Tax Deducted – 30% for Manager, 25% for HR, 10% for Project Engineer, 0% for Clerk .
. and Receptionist of Basic Salary.
Net Salary = Basic Salary + HRA + MA – Tax Deducted.

a) Open new Workbook of Excel.


b) Write your Name and Roll No. in the first two rows.
c) Create a label by merging the 3rd row and center it. The label should in “Bold and
Double Underlined” form.
d) Reproduce the headings of each of the columns as mentioned. All the headings
should be “Bold” and “Center Align”.
e) The text/Table should be right aligned.
f) Create an “All Border” box as shown.
g) Calculate the HRA, MA, Tax Deducted and Net Salary using respective formulas.
h) Insert a 2D Pie Chart below the Table by selecting the Name, Designation and
Basic Salary of all the employees.
i) Adjust the height and weight of cells as required.
j) Set the View of the MS-Excel sheet at Page Break and Page Layout at Size-A4,
Orientation- Landscape, Margin- Narrow so that the sheet can be print on a
single sheet.
k) Save your Workbook with your name and Roll No. (<name>_<roll no.>) in given
format.
