The internship report shall have only a one-page executive summary. It shall include
five or more Learning Objectives and Outcomes achieved, a brief description of the
sector of business and intern organization and summary of all the activities done by
the intern during the period.
Executive Summary
This internship report provides an overview of the learning experiences and outcomes
achieved during the internship period focused on web development. Throughout the
internship, various learning objectives were identified and successfully accomplished,
contributing to a comprehensive understanding of web development principles and
practices.
Version Control with Git: Proficiency in version control using Git was developed during
the internship. Learning to work collaboratively on projects, manage code versions, and
resolve conflicts enhanced the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsive Design and Accessibility: Emphasis was placed on designing websites that
are accessible to users across various devices and ensuring compliance with accessibility
standards. Techniques for responsive design implementation and accessibility
considerations were thoroughly explored and applied in projects.
As the CEO of the company, Kantheti Johnsaida is responsible for driving the

BBIC Organization has been performing well with a turnover of 50 lakhs per annum
and a profit margin of 50%. Their high market reach is also a positive indicator of
their success.
As for their future plans, focusing on the booming Artificial Intelligence sector and
innovation in robotics and drones seems like a strategic move to stay competitive and
expand their offerings. These are rapidly growing industries with a lot of potential for
innovation and growth.
CHAPTER 3: INTERNSHIP PART
During the internship at BBIC Pvt. Ltd., the intern experienced a dynamic and
collaborative environment tailored for learning and professional growth in web
development. The working conditions were optimized for productivity, providing a
comfortable workspace equipped with necessary resources for efficient
development. The office environment fostered teamwork and innovation, with
opportunities for mentorship and guidance from experienced developers.
The internship followed a structured weekly work schedule, typically from Monday
to Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate project deadlines and team meetings.
Each week began with planning sessions to outline goals and objectives, followed
by focused work sessions dedicated to accomplishing tasks and milestones. Regular
meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions were also integral parts of the weekly
schedule, facilitating collaboration and continuous learning.

In the first week of our HTML course, we laid a solid foundation by diving into the

In the fourth week of our CSS course, students advanced their skills by diving into
CSS preprocessors, focusing on SASS. They learned the benefits of preprocessors,
mastering SASS syntax, including variables, nesting, mixins, functions, and
partials, to create more efficient and organized stylesheets.
The curriculum then explored advanced layout techniques using CSS Flexbox and
Grid. Students revisited Flexbox properties to build complex, responsive layouts
and delved into CSS Grid to create multi-dimensional layouts, utilizing grid
template areas and auto-placement features.
Towards the end of the week, students focused on sophisticated transitions and
animations, learning to create complex keyframe animations and combine them
with JavaScript for dynamic effects. They also covered best practices for writing
clean, maintainable CSS and optimizing performance.
