• Bullets:- by this option we can insert different types of bullets before the text lines.
• Numbering:-by this option we can insert different types of numbering before the
text line
• Multilevel list:- by this option we can insert different types of multilevel list before
the text lines.
• Decrease indent:-by this option we can decrease the indent level of the paragraph.
• Increase indent:-by this option we can increase the indent level of paragraph.
• Sort:-by this option we can manage our text line into increase and format
(assanding and desanding order)
• Text high light color:-by this option we can high light any particulars text by
changing the link background color.
For using the option at first select the text which
we want to high light now click on home menu click on text high light color option
and select the color.
• Left:-to bring left all the selection.
• Center:-to bring center all the selection.
• Right:-to bring right all the selection.
• Justify:-to justify all the selection.
• Line and paragraph:-chose how much space appears between line of text or
between paragraph
To apply the same spacing to you whole documents use
paragraph spicing options the design tab.
• Shading:-by this option we can change the text background color.
• Border:- to adjust border around the selected text lines.
• Style:- by this option we can change selected text style.
• Change style:-by this option we can style effect color font and much more.
• Find:-by this option we can find any text or word from the current documents.
• Replace:-by this option we can replace any particulars or text in current documents
displayed document.
• Select all :- by this option we can select all the text (whole document)

• Cover page :- This option is used to insert the different types of cover page on
the document.
• Blank page :- This option is used to we can insert the blank page.
• Page break :- To page the break.
• Table :- By this option we can insert different number of tables on the page.
• Picture:- By this option we can insert different picture from the computer file.
• Clip art(Online picture):- By this option we can insert clip art on the computer.
We can also search and insert picture
From online internet.
• Shapes :- By this option we can insert different types of shapes in the page.
At first click on shapes option
Select the shape which you want to insert in the word page.
• Smart art :- By this option we can insert different type of smart art in the page.
At first click on smart option select the smart art, and press left click on smart art.
• Chart :- By this option we can insert different types of chart on the page.
• Screen shot :- By this option we can take screen shot.

and we want to insert lesson name with page number(table of content ) in first as like book then we
can have to use table of content option.
• Add text:-by this option we can include the currant heading in the table of content.
• Update Table:-by this option we can refresh table of contents so a refresh to the current page number.

objects anywhere in your document.by inserting across reference.
• Insert table of figure:-Add a list of caption object and there page numbers for quick reference.

• Select Recipients:- Chose the list of people would like to send your document to
you can type a new list use an exiting one or select outlook contents.
• Insert Merge Field:-Add a field from your recipient list to the documents such as
lost name, home, phone, or company name.
When you finish the mail merge word
will replace these field with the actual information your recipient list.

• Spelling Grammar:-Check the grammar & spelling of the text in the
documents.
• Thesaurus:-suggest other word with a similar meaning to the word you
have selected.
• Word count:- Find out the number of word paragraph, character and
line in the documents.
