FootLights is proud to expand its commitment to the Hollywood Fringe Festival, The Hollywood Fringe Festival is an important event not just for the Los Angeles Theatre Community but for Theatre on the world stage. Artists with fresh energy and profound commitment strive to bring new visions of what theatre can be, and carry the art to new heights. In an effort to acknowledge and encourage this effort, FootLights Publishing, Inc., is proud to announce the inauguration of two that will be issued annually.
new Fringe Awards
The FootLights Community Commitment Award

Granted to the production that is deemed to best reflect and represent the community for which it stands. Community can be defined in many ways, Geographic, political, identity, to name just a few.
The Footlights Marketing Award

The winner will be determined based upon the esthetic values of promotional material as well as the highest percentage of seats sold in relation to seats offered. A plaque noting each of the awards will be accompanied by a certificate providing a free run* of programs for the next production of the winners choice. All theatre Fringe events will be considered for the awards.
*Standard Terms and conditions not to exceed 16 pages or 1000 copies.
