ABSTRACT

The Timetable Management System is a web-based application designed to automate and optimize
class scheduling for educational institutions. Students can view timetables without login by selecting
their section. Admins can add teachers, branches, and subjects, with automatic login creation for
teachers. The system ensures real-time updates, preventing scheduling conflicts.
Teachers can log in to view their assigned periods dynamically. Admins can modify schedules based on
faculty availability and subject requirements, ensuring efficient resource allocation. The system
provides role-based access, allowing admins full control while teachers only view their assigned
schedules. Built with modern web technologies, the platform enhances efficiency by automating
scheduling, minimizing conflicts, and improving accessibility. It also supports exporting timetables
as PDFs or Excel files, making it a scalable and user-friendly solution for structured timetable
management.
