Subject: Society handover from builder / Future administration of the society

All resident members are informed that according to the discussions with
the builder for the future administration of the society by the currently
functioning working committee, the list of pending works of any society and the
list of works to be completed by the builder was previously informed in the
General Group on 26/11/2024, after which for the works not done by any other
members or by the builder, on 27/11/2024, all members have been informed to
decide on the handover and the works to be done with the builder, that any
member should make his/her presentation in person or over the phone with the
builder. Date. On 27/11/2027 at 7:00 PM in the presence of the members present,
a check of 211000 /- from the builder for the completion of the works decided as
well as the commercial water part, maintenance money, 300000 /- for the
commercial house-keeping money, total amount 511000 /- has been received by
the builder, with which the following works will be done.

1. Both gates civil work.


2. 50 nos. Chairs for the society.
3. Main gate board refitting
4. Gym window work is pending.
5. CCTV camera switch
6. Cupboard for society documents

In order to prioritize the above tasks, complete them and move the
administration of the society forward, every member is requested to attend a
general meeting on 17/12/2024 at 9:30 PM in the garden of the society.
In which the issue of the above hand-over and other issues mentioned below will
be discussed and considered, and the landlord must attend to outline and plan
the future administration of the society.
1. Plan of the next new administrative committee
2. Matter of determining the revised amount of maintenance
3. Matter of determining the administrative rules of the society
The ledger details of the current working committee that has administered the
society from OCT -23 to NOV -24 will be presented in the next meeting, and the
ledger up to DEC -24 will be submitted to the next committee and we will
continue to support and cooperate with the next committee for the
administration of the society.
All members are requested to attend without fail, considering the number of
members present and by the majority of the members present, any decision
taken by the next administration committee of the society, administration and
remaining works, regarding the time and budget of work, will be considered
acceptable to every member of the society, no argument will be considered
afterwards.

All members are requested to support and contribute to the next society
administration.
