Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG)
School Year 2024–2025

I. Objectives of the Report


 To assess the implementation and outcomes of SSLG initiatives.
 To analyze the impact of student-led programs on the school community.
 To provide recommendations for future student leadership development.

II. Summary of SSLG Activities Monitored

cleanliness, with SSLG initiating at least 6
clean-up drives and assisting in 10 major
school events.
IV. Impact Analysis
1. Learner Empowerment
 SSLG members demonstrated increased confidence, organizational skills, and
initiative.
 Student engagement in school activities improved by approximately 20%, based on
attendance and participation records.
2. School Environment
 The joint project on wall fans significantly improved the comfort level in the covered
court, benefiting all learners and staff during assemblies and activities.
 Cleanliness campaigns reduced classroom clutter and improved sanitation,
promoting health and order.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
 Positive collaboration between learners, teachers, and external partners (PTA,
barangay officials) was observed, promoting shared responsibility.
V. Interpretation
The SSLG of Commonwealth National High School has successfully translated their
leadership training into tangible actions. Their participation in various seminars
strengthened their capabilities to initiate and complete impactful projects such as the wall
fan installation. Their consistent involvement in maintaining order and cleanliness
promoted student discipline and pride in their learning environment. These activities
reflected a responsive and empowered student body that aligns with the DepEd’s goals for
learner-centered governance.

VI. Recommendations
 Sustain leadership training by ensuring continued participation in conventions.
 Expand joint projects to cover other facilities (e.g., additional benches, green spaces).
 Institutionalize a monthly cleanliness campaign led by SSLG.
 Recognize outstanding SSLG officers to motivate future leaders.
